I had a wonderful conversation with Dr. Stephanie C. Holmes about the unique AuDHD strengths that often come with autistic and ADHD profiles—and how those strengths show up in everyday life.

We explored concepts such as focus, creativity, systems thinking, persistence, and how powerful it can be to design environments that allow these traits to flourish rather than be stifled. It was such an affirming conversation, and I think many of you will resonate with it.
