A common symptom people experience where pain is felt in some region of the head.  It can be felt on one or even both sides of the head, in an isolated location like behind the eyes, or go across the head from two points.  Many things can cause a headache such as, stress, a hit to the head, skipping meals, poor posture, too much medication, changes in your sleep schedule, and depression.
