Light therapy
A form of therapy that uses light to treat mental illnesses such as seasonal depression. Seasonal depression can be induced during the fall or winter months when it is constantly dark and cloudy so you don’t see much of the sun. Light therapy uses artificial lights to simulate sunlight which can help your brain choose to reduce the production of melatonin and produce more serotonin instead.
