Misdiagnosis
When an incorrect conclusion about a disease or problem is made and the wrong diagnosis is made to someone on their condition. A misdiagnosis can be deadly at times. Someone could come in with chest pain, and the doctor might think it is indigestion, but it was actually early signs of a heart attack.
