Autism assessments
We offer autism/AuDHD assessments for adults (18+)
completed by autistic and AuDHD psychologists with
expertise in high-masking presentations of autism.
Most adults begin with screening to receive
a professional opinion on whether a full
diagnostic assessment is recommended.

Autism screening:
a first step
Wondering whether autism or AuDHD explains your experience?
Our autism screening is a significant step to gain clarity!
Helps you understand if a full assessment makes sense for you.
A full diagnostic autism assessment is a significant investment in time, energy, and cost. Our screening helps you decide before committing to that larger step.
You’ll receive a clear 10–15-page report explaining how your results do or don’t align with common autistic patterns in adults—along with clinical guidance to help you make an informed decision about whether pursuing a full diagnostic assessment could be worthwhile.

What happens during
the assessment process?
Below is an overview of what happens during screening, and—if you choose to continue—the diagnostic assessment.
Part 1: Autism screening
What you’ll receive
At the end of the screening, you’ll receive a personal written report with evidence-informed feedback from a psychologist.
The report explains how your results do—or do not-align with common autistic patterns in adults and offers guidance on next steps, so you can decide with greater confidence whether pursuing a full diagnostic assessment is worthwhile.
Screening process
Our autism screening is completed online and at your own pace. It includes three components:
- Questionnaires – Standardized, evidence-based questionnaires that assess autistic traits, patterns, and related experiences.
- Written reflections – Guided written prompts where you describe your lived experiences in your own words.
- Clinical review – A psychologist carefully reviews your responses and prepares your personalized report and decision guidance.
Timeline
- Report: Available 2–4 weeks after submission.
Part 2: Diagnostic assessment
What you’ll receive
At the end of the diagnostic assessment, you’ll receive a comprehensive written report prepared by a psychologist.
The report explains whether you meet diagnostic criteria for autism and/or related conditions, integrates clinical findings with your lived experience, and provides clear documentation—in clear, accessible language—for understanding, validation, and potential next steps.
Diagnostic assessment process
The diagnostic assessment is completed remotely and builds on your screening results. It is a comprehensive, all-inclusive evaluation (there are no additional fees for assessing related conditions). It includes the following components:
- Additional questionnaires & psychometrics – Competently validated psychometric measures that explore autism in greater depth.
-
Co-occurring conditions – A differential diagnosis and exploration of the following co-occurrences:
- ADHD
- PTSD
- C-PTSD
- OCD
- Autistic burnout
- Alexithymia
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Masking/camouflaging
Timeline
- Clinical interview: About 8–10 weeks after submission of documents.
- Diagnostic report: About 2–4 weeks after the diagnostic interview.
