Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS)

The ASRS is a psychological self assessment created in conjunction with the World Health Organization which measures the self-reported symptoms of ADHD in adults. It consists of 18 questions measured using a five point Likert scale. It can also be used by providers to rapidly screen patients to see if further ADHD assessment is warranted.
