Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale for DSM-5 (ASRS-5)

The ASRS-5 is a psychological self assessment to measure the self-reported symptoms of ADHD in adults, and is an update of a previous version that now aligns with the ADHD diagnostic criteria in the DSM-5. It consists of six questions measured using a five point Likert scale.
