Job interviews

A conversation between a potential employee and employer to assess the employment suitability and compatibility of the applicant.  Interviews are the most common way to conduct employee selection.  Questions can be given to the applicant that are structured around the type of work that will be done or an unstructured conversation can be done to get a feel for the person.
